Learn how gourmet cheese is made during a visit to the Cowgirl Creamery in Point Reyes Station. Lasting about 25 minutes, guest can see behind the scenes through a glass window at how different cheeses are made. Afterward there is a tasting of the dairy treat made at the creamery. There is also a gift shop filled with cheese-related books, accessories and condiments. Reservations can be booked in advance for the tours.
